Set up your organization
You get a link to hand out. People who use it ask to join, you confirm they are who they say, and you put them on a team. Nobody assigns themselves anything.
Creating an organization accepts the terms of service and the data processing addendum, under which you are the controller of your people's data and we process it on your instructions. The privacy notice says what is held and who can reach it.
No leader or colleague is ever shown the original of a message — what they read is the rewritten version, and only once three different people have raised a topic. The original is stored so its author can check what was shared; who else can reach it is set out in the privacy notice.
